Most AI tools automate a single step, and people still copy data between systems. We look at the whole process first.

Process

Four steps, each one you can see

  1. Map

We follow the work from start to finish and find where time goes: who does what, in which tool, and what really needs a person.

    A short call
  2. Plan

A written plan of what will be automated and what won't, with a fixed price agreed before any work starts.

    About a week
  3. Build and test

We connect your existing tools (e-mail, CRM, accounting, spreadsheets) into one system and test it on real examples.

    Two to six weeks
  4. Run

We launch, watch it, fix what needs fixing, and report the time it saves. Anything that sends, pays or publishes something sensitive waits for a person.

    Ongoing
Limits

What we won't do

  • Keep your data where you haven't agreed

Your data stays in your accounts or on your machines, unless you've agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Let AI make your decisions

Prices, refunds, medical or legal calls stay with people.

  • Promise what we can't measure

We report the time saved and the errors caught, not vague transformation.
